Current• Set up workstations for four different networks and three different classifications.• Maintained TechRefresh for 160 workstations with a total of 480 computers and 200 plus CISCO phones by reimaging, setting up cables (fiber and ethernet), setting up UPS and KVMs, and placing computers on their respective domain.• Troubleshooted network issues using administrative privileges, network cable tester, and fiber optic tester.• Performed customer service through the Remedy ticket system, DRA, and Active Directory to ensure mission capabilities amongst each department.
