Responsibilities include:- Assisting associate researchers in the user-centered design process for software and hardware products by developing test plans/scripts, moderating sessions, note-taking, analyzing data, and building report decks.- Communicating resource needs, updates (intended and unintended), and report data to clients electronically or in-person.- Managing the technical components required for testing sessions, including the recording, broadcasting, and video editing for clients.- Leading targeted recruitment efforts by determining appropriate criteria with clients, developing creative outreach plans, and coordinating incentivization.
