CurrentProgrammed Texas Instruments microcontroller to receive and amplify neural recording signals via Code Composer Studio through the use of on-board timers, ADCs, and Op-Amps and to stimulate nerves through the use of DAC and DMA transfers. Designed and soldered FPGA evaluation board to read and process recorded neural signals from Intan Technologies RHD amplifiers. Fabricated vibration motor, force sensor, and Peltier plate circuits for use in surgical experiments on miniature pigs. Received funding as a SOURCE - STEM 2024 Summer Research Scholar to develop a fully wireless ultra-wideband neural recording implant prototype to record small animal neural activity via carbon nanotube yarn electrodes. Presented findings at the 2024 Summer CWRU Intersections Undergraduate Research Poster Session.
