Mobile Posse transforms mobile home and lock screens into a powerful, new channel for immediate consumer engagement by enabling the delivery of interactive, rich-media messages.My responsibilities included:-Scoped, approved, and managed enterprise-wide projects, with clear deliverables and success metrics. -Led and developed junior project managers in best practices and methodologies.-Co-led the engineering team during CTO transition. With management team, set and executed on strategy for development roadmap, organizational goals, and engineering workforce growth (including hiring and promotion decisions on development and QA engineers).-Managed native Android and mobile web development teams.

At the USO, we are continuously adapting to the needs of our men and women in uniform and their families, so they can focus on their very important mission. We operate USO centers at or near military installations across the United States and throughout the world, including in combat zones, and even un-staffed USO service sites in places too dangerous for anyone but combat troops to occupy. My responsibilities included:-Managed information systems projects of varying size and complexity, including leading a comprehensive web redesign and re-architecture project, transforming the organization’s digital presence and strategy, which delivered a 90% cost savings to the company.-Managed project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.-Assigned duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to technical and non-technical project personnel.-Managed the RFP creation and evaluation of selected vendors to meet project needs.

National VOAD seeks to build and enhance the coalition of disaster-response-engaged nonprofits from around the country to better facilitate cooperation, communication, coordination, and collaboration.My responsibilities included:-Designed and implemented a nationwide training program, delivering the new program to state and national government employees as well as both state and national voluntary agency stakeholders. Training was delivered to small groups of 10-15, as well as presented in lecture to larger groups of 50-75.-Led a Salesforce.com implementation to track over 500,000+ constituent records, gather and analyze disaster response efforts, and provide reports to nonprofit and Federal partners. -Led project teams for multiple technology development initiatives, incorporating stakeholders from public, private, and civic sectors across the full product life-cycle from concept to delivery.

-Co-led Scrum/Agile development process implementation for web application projects.-Improved working relationship with multiple clients by working closely with contract decision makers to communicate and demonstrate value delivered, discover new resource gaps and requirements, which led to a 100% success rate on contract re-bids with my customers.-Managed $1MM video-teleconferencing and equipment hardware refresh project.
