I foster increased blockchain (or distributed ledger technologies) awareness and policy development.Roles I fill on current projects include project management and controls support, business process design and reengineering, website redevelopment, roadside toll system and back office system replacement/enhancement, call center self-service enhancements, statewide engineering procurement services, traffic and revenue studies support, O&M cost analysis, general technical oversight, and project feasibility analysis. I provide independent audit services to private toll integrators to satisfy external and internal quality requirements through validation of functional and performance requirements. I also provide independent engineering services to a public-private partnership, ensuring contractual requirements are met involving interoperability and interconnectivity.

Building transportation, identity and data management blockchain solutions.

I managed all day-to-day quotations, service, purchasing, client support, invoicing, and marketing operations. This work included servicing and consulting for bicycle and computer purchases, ownership, and maintenance. I repaired bicycles of all sizes and shapes including children's 20" wheeled bikes all the way to vintage single and 3-speed bikes. I supported new and returning customers in the selection and purchase of bicycles. I received and repaired used bikes for purposes of charitable donation. For computers, I supported residential, home and small office software and hardware support. This work included networking, servers, hardware troubleshooting and replacement, and general software. I also provided basic hard drive/data recovery and maintenance, LCD replacement, and hardware upgrades. I received and repaired used computers for purposes of charitable donation.Some customers note these are two unusual fields of work to combine into one company, however both service lines required advanced troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and high quality customer service. I enjoyed the challenge.

My role included various tolls consulting services such as toll operations oversight, construction management coordination, and toll systems design, implementation, testing, and maintenance oversight services.As part of the statewide open road tolling project for the Texas Department of Transportation Toll Operations Division's (formerly Texas Turnpike Authority Division), my role included support at various stages of development, implementation and maintenance of nine open road tolling projects on seven tolled facilities. I also supported an implementation of a lockbox for their customer service center. I led and developed the drafting, advertisement, and negotiations of a new open road tolling integration and maintenance RFP and contract. This work included requirements gathering, document development and review, and procurement evaluation support. I supported the Harris County Toll Road Authority as a staff extension for toll operations. My role included direct support to an executive client and operations management staff, ongoing review and improvement of processes and procedures, and coordination with related departments and executive staff. I consulted for the Washington State Department of Transportation's Tolling Division with the testing and implementation of the SR 167 high occupancy toll (HOT) lanes, RFP development and toll system implementation for the SR 520 open road tolling system, toll feasibility analysis for the I-90 corridor, and the RFP development of the SR 99/I-405 open road tolling implementation. This work also included the drafting of two concept of operations documents for toll facilities and general support to the Tolling Division.I have also provided oversight for open road toll systems and operations including high occupancy toll/express toll lane systems, toll system testing, contract review, RFP development and procurement, and toll feasibility analysis for various toll agencies around the United States.

During my tenure as Service Manager, I managed, directed, and monitored the activities and operation of the multiple toll facilities, including the Dallas North Tollway, Addison Airport Toll Tunnel, and Mountain Creek Lake Bridge. I helped establish departmental needs and solutions to streamline or improve performance within the department. I also assisted in the implementation of the Toll Collection Roadmap which was designed to create a culture transformation from a process-centric to customer-centric focus. I was responsible for monitoring, motivating, coaching, and developing employees in various aspects of their required duties.During my time at NTTA, I was appointed and was an active participant on the 401K Committee, which reviewed and modified the investment portfolio for employee retirement contributions on a quarterly basis.

I supported the NTTA engineering department in various roles which included plan room librarian, assistant construction manager for an express lane toll plaza conversion, construction oversight support, GIS technician and utility relocation coordinator. I also researched and developed a personal protective equipment program for NTTA to improve the overall safety gear standards used on the roadway.
