A Realtor with extensive experience in single family and multi-family home transactions. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was as a corporate and transactional attorney representing startups in the matters on entity formation and maintenance; debt and equity financings; mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements. I have passion for skiing, which lead me to pursue a professional skiing career in teens and early 20s. When I retired from competition, I became a coach and agent for X Games and Olympic gold medal athletes in skiing, snowboarding, BMX, and skateboarding. I turned to a career in law in order to further represent my athletes and clients, but ultimately awakened an old passion for technology while consulting for GNARBOX, where I ended up serving as its General Counsel and Director of Business Development. I eventually left GNARBOX to join private practice, where I represented technology startups, sports agencies, athletes, and marketing agencies.
