Patterson Creek Landscaping was a company I founded to focus on landscape maintenance and boutique residential remodeling projects. The company quickly expanded beyond several key clients I'd had informally for years to hundreds of work hours per week and 5 employees.

• Managed all on site revenue recovery auditing for the Redmond Night Sort – the largest single shift UPS operation in the State of Washington.• Successfully coordinated with operations staff to generate audit revenue over $1 Million annually with zero employee hours lost to on-the-job injury for over two years.• Supervised 12 personnel work group auditing shipper compliance. Responsible for training new hire auditors on the Revenue Recovery methods as well as general UPS safety training and Hazardous Materials Response training. Reviewed and approved work group daily time cards.• Earned initial promotion within seven months and a second within another year.• Independently implemented incentive initiatives which in one case increased audit revenue by over 20% within sixty days.

The Redmond Night Sort is the largest single operation in the State of Washington. My first assignment after promotion was as the trainer for the sort aisle before becoming the operations supervisor. Close coordination with the unload area was critical to our success in maintaining high package per hour processing rates while striving for zero injuries.
