As the founder of Shrubbies™, I designed and launched a charity-backed NFT project to support the effort to reduce carbon in the atmosphere by planting trees. In the process, I gained a wealth of experience, including creating a go-to-market plan, building a team from scratch, designing and building the Discord, and driving traffic and promoting interest through Twitter, where we had peak engagement of 12,000 followers. The project was highly rewarding and taught me the complexities of launching a small business, the importance of relationship building, project management, how to overcome setbacks, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to challenges and opportunities.

My role as Project Manager at PGG, which is an interactive launch pad for new video games within the crypto industry, was to help rebuild the brand and create a new community hub on Discord (an instant messaging and VoIP social platform), including integrated chatbots, communication templates, event systems, and more. In addition, my job was to analyze the brand/company for pain points which, when fixed, would improve user/member experience, further strengthening the brand and creating a place where people wanted to be, rather than choosing it because it was like every other launch pad within the crypto gaming space.
