I enjoy working with mission-driven brands by applying lessons and strategies learned over 13 years of leadership experience in e-commerce, retail, and marketplace businesses. In my seven years at Amazon, I held four leadership positions on Seller and Retail teams, each time running a team responsible for over a billion dollars in e-commerce sales. My last role at Amazon was as general manager, leading a category manager team, a marketing team, and an environmental compliance team, along with a few dotted-line functions. Most notably, I led the Marketplace (Seller) business for Amazon Canada, building internal mechanisms for growth and leading cross-department teams to roll out new seller programs and policies. In prior roles, I led the US vendor (retail buying) team for Home Improvement and Smart Home, helped launch and scale the Amazon Renewed program from just $60k to over $100M in sales, launched Amazon’s Canada Grocery business, and onboarded and scaled dozens of vendor and seller brands to each achieve >$10M in growth. Prior to Amazon, I led Marketing and Sales for an online grocery delivery company and also obtained a full-time MBA from UCLA Anderson.
