I’ve been fortunate to collaborate and lead organizations and teams in three distinct industries through Battery Systems, Citi, Dish, and RoamingiQ. My experience has cultivated a passion for working with teams to unlock personal and professional development opportunities and deliver quantifiable results. It began when Battery Systems selected me to lead teams across multiple locations in all aspects of a B2B and B2C business, from process management and improvement, to strategic planning, to customer service, to employee relations and human resources. This experience taught me the value of initiative, creative problem solving, and making data-driven decisions in breaking the mold of an old-fashioned business environment.Looking to pivot into a new business culture, I jumped into my career with Citi, through which I continued to hone my passions and skills in organizational improvement and change, influencing a network of thousands of multi-level employees—from floor associates to senior leadership—comprising a portfolio worth $220 million in annual credit sales. As I progressed into the second half of my MBA, I entered the tech space as a Product Manager, taking on ownership of Dish Business’ multi-family-unit internet and television solutions. After 17 months, I was promoted to a Product Development Manager responsible for a Product Development team. Dish has pushed me to find ways to solve customer challenges and impress them with new technologies and products they never thought possible. It has also reinforced my values of initiative and collaboration by giving me the opportunity to work with every team across a Fortune 500 organization. Now, with RoamingiQ, we are going to change the way users connect to Wi-Fi networks. What began as a question, why can't a user's Wi-Fi password work everywhere, has grown into a new SaaS organization set on allowing users to securely connect, using a personal password, to every Wi-Fi network in the world.I’ve never been one to settle for the status quo. I’m always willing to get down in the dirt in the challenging search to make things better, whether that be a metric, a process, an employee, a team, or an organization, and my resume details my effectiveness in those respects.
