Provide executive leadership within the Homeland Security practice of Unisys Federal Systems ensuring service delivery, program governance, team performance, and client satisfaction goals are achieved. Oversee P&L for annual program budgets totaling $40M supporting Enterprise Architecture, Systems and Network Engineering, IV&V and test development, and the IT Program Management Office (PMO). Direct all aspects of program activities including staffing, contract deliverables, project schedules, client priorities, and business development across all technical engagements; while interfacing with client and other corporate executives to identify risks and mitigation strategies, prioritize execution of project tasks, and resolve conflicts with resources/schedule/cost ensuring technical solutions align with the client's business strategy.

Provide project and program management oversight to Oracles National Security Group delivering a multi-level security solution to federal government clients. Identify potential clients and develop relationships to secure funding for multi-level security solution. Coordinate collaboration efforts with clients and business partners to identify system and contract requirements; then develop technical solutions to align with business needs.

Served as the on-site executive to a large, complex program supporting the OCIO for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) encompassing a geographically dispersed technical staff of 150+ personnel supporting O&M and engineering services across multiple IT infrastructures (voice, data, and video), Switchboard Operations Center, and the Project Management Office (PMO) with program P&L responsibility of $25M+.

Served as the program manager for contractual engangements supporting the Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) delivering infrastructure operations & maintenance (O&M), service desk, telecommunications, communication security (COMSEC), audio-visual/video teleconferencing (AV/VTC), systems engineering, and enterprise architecture services.

** Formerly MRJ Technology Solutions ** Led a team of systems administrators and trainers delivering technical services and solutions for data infrastructures across multiple security enclaves for the COMS program supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) including operations & maintenance (O&M), engineering, service desk, and training operations. Supported $MM contracts and projects including staffing, contract deliverables, service delivery, solution development, gap analysis, and communcation with partners and clients.

Began in sales but quickly promoted within property & casualty underwriting department. Through the combination of job performance and technical expertise, identified by senior management to lead the design and development of new systems and core business processes; increased organizational efficiency and reduced claim payments by 20% – later adopted within the national organization. Spearheaded efforts to build partnerships across functional departments, manage $MM costs, develop risk mitigation plans, assign resources, and ensure projects were delivered within schedule and cost restraints.
