Led construction on both residential single-family homes and commercial properties to rehab for resale and rental. Remodels included:• Interior: Fully remodeled kitchens, living and laundry rooms, and master suites (including flooring, vanities, and showers). Remolded offices including bathrooms. Converted bank safe and storage closet into office with attached ADA compliant bathroom• Exterior: Refurbished and fully landscaped both front and backyards. Built new decks, stairs, fences, full irrigation systems, water features, concrete walkways, and poured a new driveway

Apprenticed as a contractor in both new and remodel residential and commercial construction projects in Southern California. Projects included bathroom partitions at the University of Southern California, finish work in new apartments in downtown Los Angeles, and residential remodels and additions.

Managed front desk duties including appointment scheduling, insurance claims, answering phones, daily office maintenance and aiding physical therapists with modalities.
