• Aided in the continued development of the Connect App, by implementing new features • Designed and developed a UI Builder, allowing customers to change the appearance and functionality of their Atlas device from within the app. • Reconfigured our BLE layer to use a different 3rd-party package, while requiring minimal changes to our existing API• Developed a app used by the factory which developed our devices. The app guides the factory workers through the manufacturing process, and has them run tests via BLE to verify everything was done correctly. • Using Firebase, I created a database of test history, allowing reports to be easily created to help us identify any problems in the manufacturing process • Designed a YAML-based test plan schema, which allowed us to create and modify the test plan for a device, and generate Dart code from it. As well as giving us an easy way to create test plans for any future devices.• Created designs for changes to the app in Adobe XD, and presented them to the team in order to garner feedback, as well as make observations about how other people would use said new features.

Founder and sole developer of Music Note, an Android and iOS app allowing users to keep track of, and organize their music listening history.As the sole person working on this app I wore a plethora of hats, including:• Built from the ground up using Flutter.• Integrated with the Spotify API allowing users to import their recently listened to music and search for albums that are on Spotify.• Utilized a NoSQL database allowing fast access of data• Contracted with graphic designers to create an app icon and splash screen.• Create mockups in Adobe XD, helping to create a consistent app identity and plan out new app additions.• Run the Music Note social media accounts in order to help market the app.• Lead an open beta and user testing session, allowing me to collect feedback from potential users and improve the app.• Open sourced various part of the app, publishing them on Pub (Dart/Flutter package repository)

* Worked with the analysis team on the development and implementation of new features for the software application that runs on our 4/5/6 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope, utilizing C++, QT, and XML.* Developed a number of display plugins including wave & eye masks, time gating, and radio frequency traces. The later of which was a part of our Spectrum View feature, which was responsible for 25% of all sales for oscilloscopes that supported that feature in 2019.* Contributed to User Experience (UX) by attending regular meetings where the implementation of new UI features are showcased and discussed in order to optimize our customer's experience.* Helped to implement and design a tool that allows other software engineers to view the code that is being covered by their unit and functional tests.* Investigated and implemented the use of Visual Studio Code as a way for software engineers to be able to develop Linux code on our remote servers.

Worked on the 5 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope.Used the Python language in order to write tests for the scope.Used C++ in order to create and/or change features on the scope. Most notable is the auto-dim functionality on the scope.Gained a familiarity with embedded systems design as well with the Linux OS.

Created front end applications using Angular 2 and Bootstrap to provide a dashboard for employees at both WESD, as well as other public schools in Oregon.Used Microsoft SQL Server to create stored procedures that would retrieve student data and display it using the Highcharts api.Created a C# application that would archive files in a file system that were older than a given date.
