    Ornot is a very small company doing big things so we all wear many hats. My main focus is being the in house photographer, content creation, operations, and generally anything that comes up needing technical hand unrelated to making clothing. Photographer for company assets used for website, social media, and marketing ads. This includes studio, and lifestyle action images. Effectively acting as producer, director, talent/athlete scout, location scout, and photographer for all productions we put together to show off our clothing and other various products. Lifestyle shoots often involve an active aspect of being out on a bike ride to get the athlete out in their natural habitat and having fun. Other content creation geared to various stories as projects throughout the year, including documenting and help managing a small elite cyclocross team that we support our of Denver, Co, as well as our ambassador community. The photography feeds into helping manage marketing content that goes into our social media advertisements and email marketing using Klaviyo. On the operations side of things I manage all back end functionality to keep the online store functioning smoothly so product can ship to our customers. This involves a wide range of tasks but at the root of it all comes down to managing and supporting our online Shopify store. From managing the relationship with our third party logistics fulfillment warehouse, ensuring the online store is up and running, managing and setting up new software/tools that link up to our Shopify store, developing the functionality of the online store and how customers view/interact with it, and overseeing/supporting our customer service team member by making sure all software and tools are setup to make their job go smooth.

Other small tasks:- Assisting with any payment related issues athletes may face through Strava's paid subscription service. - Documenting any bugs within the website or mobile app and sending to engineering for further investigation by logging bugs in Jira.
