To the life of an established and curious HR professional. The decisions I make everyday in my position regarding employee relations, hiring new talent, disciplinary actions, FMLA, and more will ultimately help shape the culture and future of the company. I try to make sure each decision is made to optimize the growth and freedom of the organization.Outside of work I'm an avid participant in any outdoor activity. Willing and ready to organize groups of people for team building type exercises at ropes courses or just to go out and have a relaxing time in the fresh mountain air. Building relationships is what it's all about. There is no relationship more important to me than the one I have with my family. They are number 1 on my priority list and I'll do whatever it takes to give my little girls every opportunity in this life to make the kind of decisions that will lead to greatness.
