My responsibilities include managing daily operations, assisting customers with their projects, and working closely with manufacturers to ensure our product selection meets the highest standards. Through strategic planning and effective leadership, I’ve consistently optimized sales performance and contributed to the department’s success.In my role at Viking Electrical, I specialize in counter sales for both commercial and residential electrician companies. I’ve developed expertise in using industry-specific code words to identify components and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. My commitment to maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers helps guarantee that our customers receive the products they need when they need them.My experience extends beyond sales and management. Working closely with disabled adults in a residential care setting, I focused on teaching essential life skills such as social interaction, money management, and cooking.
