With nearly two decades of casting executive, casting director, voice directing, and agency experience and a specific focus and skill set rooted in animation, I consistently seek new creative opportunities to inspire audiences through impactful, purposeful and authentic talent performances.From 2019-2023, my sole focus was laying a foundation and fine-tuning the Netflix Adult Animation Casting department, assuming a full service, "hands on" approach when collaborating with productions across multiple genres. I consistently straddled the line between big picture thinking and working "in the weeds" on all matters, from assembling my team, to implementing a wide range of structural workflows and establishing strong internal and external relationships in a fast-paced, oft-evolving work environment. My enthusiastic approach to casting is driven by an underlying appreciation and respect for the acting process and the art of storytelling, and bolstered by an extensive knowledge of actors and associated representation.
