+ principle responsibility for the asset and development management and investment performance of the £570m property portfolio. Assets included 10 shopping centres (including Drake Circus, Plymouth), the forward funding of Marriott's Walk centre, Witney for Simons Developments and 31 high street retail and restaurant units across England with over 500 tenants and a rent roll of £34m.+ Board Director of all corporate entities within the Kandahar Real Estate structure domiciled in Malta, Luxembourg and UK.+ jointly negotiated the formation of "The Kandahar Group", a JV between MSREFF and the Kandahar Trust. Completed in Dec 2006, this combined MSREFF's interest in Drake Circus shopping centre and the retail assets of the Trust. + jointly responsible for creation and running of the ten person Kandahar Asset Management team.

+ responsible for active development and asset management on nine retail parks held within the Hercules Unit Trust, where the emphasis was on town planning, redevelopment and lettings to maximise value.+ development management on sites at Cricklewood, Fulham Broadway, Woking, Capability Green and Winnersh Triangle.

+ development planning and land development of surplus land assets for one of South Africa's largest landowners. + township development for office, retail and industrial developers in Western Cape, Gauteng and Natal.
