As Senior Director of Membership Sales for Invited, I am tasked with connecting prospective Members with an opportunity to experience the ClubLife lifestyle.Responsibilities include:• Directly oversee sales & marketing for the Membership Departments for Belmont Country Club & the River Creek Club• Identify and build relationships with current and potential Members to drive additional revenue generating opportunities.• Primary sales trainer for the 30 Atlantic region Clubs to train, develop, and mentor new Membership Directors in market• National Trainer for onboarding Ops programs; Salesforce, Dialpad, and AIdentified• Monitor sales activity vs. budget for Atlantic region in conjunction with Senior Vice Presidents• Primary participant of the National Membership Council to recommend new sales programs and strategies for Invited• Preparation of all collateral and documentation for review and approval of all membership programs for the Clubs

Belmont Country Club, a Member of the Invited family of properties, is an exclusive full-service private country club in Ashburn, Virginia.Responsibilities include:• Manage the Membership Department of Belmont Country Club• Oversee the membership coordinators in regards to sales, marketing, and orientations• Preparation of all collateral and documentation for review and approval of all membership programs for the club• Representation of the club in local community organizations and activities• Maintain positive relationships with Members of Belmont Country Club• Enhancement of member usage and member satisfaction levels
