As an Operational Test Director I coordinate and/or participate in the planning and conducting of tests and evaluations of specific end items, systems, tactics and procedures. I prepare project plans for conduct of tests to determine the capabilities and limitations of equipment to meet acceptability standards. I design the types and determine the number of tests to be conducted. I supervise the conduct of tests and am a liaison with governmental and private research and development agencies. I prepare reports of tests and evaluations to include specific recommendationsI am a medically retired, experienced Naval Aviator with over 10 years of active duty experience. I was responsible for the safe operation of naval aircraft with regards to command, piloting, navigation, communications and weapon system operation management in support of various missions of the US Navy. Strong operations professional with a Bachelors focused in Finance from University of Utah.
