* As an established leader within the vehicle upfit and machinery industry, the revolutionary portfolio I oversee, is highly-valued by Caterpillar, Mercedes, and other industry leading customers. * Within the Heritage Leadership Team, I have been integral in accelerating the revenue growth of the company from approximately $1M in 2021 to $15M in 2023, and currently forecasted to reach $28M in 2024.* Lead an engineering team in the design, fabrication, and launch of multiple premium products. Since taking over, I have completed the following:o Initiated and supervised multiple kaizen projects within the purchasing, warehousing, and material handling teams.o Created missing SOPs to document ideal processes.o Implemented a 5S process within the warehouse.* Successfully implemented contract manufacturing at three locations, local and international, in order to significantly increase capacity for the NB-80 and HB-14.

* Mentored design engineers in identifying potential quality and manufacturing pitfalls, and ensured the projects adhered to design, quality, and regulatory requirements.* Reduced the average new product development time from 12 weeks to 8 weeks within the engineering and tooling departments by implementing a design control process and reorganizing teams.* Executed a complete revision of the quality management system within three months of hiring, to ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 certification. Completed internal audits to verify ISO compliance.* Renovated a struggling manufacturing line, which consistently exceeded 3% scrap, and reduced the scrap-rate to < 0.5%. This was accomplished by redesigning the tooling and overall manufacturing processes, implementing SPC, and hands-on training of operators.* Created and implemented PDM and ERP modules for manufacturing, quality, and design control.

* Successfully completed a complex project, from concept to launch, within three months, through creative project management, design work, and process qualification. The project was acknowledged as the quickest completed R&D project at Merit Medical. * Reduced manufacturing scrap by more than 10% through equipment and tooling redesign, and lean manufacturing improvements.* Designed and managed a project which grossed over $3M in the second year and was forecasted to be one of the bestselling products in Merit Medical’s history.* Designed, prototyped, machined, and fabricated fixtures, molds, and manufacturing equipment for multiple products.* Meticulously created test methods, documented validation activities, and ensured risk analysis was thoroughly completed. * Effectively communicated project updates, budgets, timelines, and applicable issues with CEO and upper management.* Specialized in RF welding, thermoforming, plastic bonding, laser cutting, and die cutting.

Responsible for molding and cannula manufacturing operations within the Cardiac Surgery Systems business unit. Compiled data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality data review meetings. Investigated and completed engineering evaluations for customer complaints. Organized and lead bi-weekly material review board meetings with applicable organizations to investigate, resolve, and process non-conformances. Assisted in completion of PQs and PPQs.
