I have also developed excellent writing skills through many years of compiling RFP questionnaire and correspondence with external customers.During my 8 years at RxBenefits, I have been responsible for the preparation and accuracy of our clients’ reporting as well as the preparation and accuracy of our business development prospect’s Pharmacy Financial Analyses. In addition, I have been responsible for preparing detailed answers for RFP Questionnaires. I have focused my last 5 years as a manager of a (current) 11 member team of hybrid analyst / salespersons. During this time, our analytics have yielded an average of 1,000 detailed financial analyses a year, leading to an average 25% close ratio. I have recently changed roles to lead a new team within our organization that will focus on the integrity of our clients’ pricing and contract performance. This team will work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our key analytics are properly interpreted, also assuring our clients are performing financially up to the standards of the contracts that have been put in place.
