Building upon that academic knowledge, my hands-on roles as operator & board member of two life science startups not only offer invaluable insights into the heartbeat of entrepreneurship but further enriched my perspective of the intricate interplay between life science and business dynamics.Through these experiences, I gained hands-on appreciation of the challenges entrepreneurs face with lean teams and countless priorities to reach the next milestone. Serving as an extension of management’s resources and often as the ‘scientific translator,’ my life science consulting skills extend to providing valuations for diverse purposes (e.g. fundraising, tax structuring, 409a reporting, etc.), prioritizing strategic assets, assessing complex market landscapes, and orchestrating commercialization strategies.My goal lies in uniting life science executives with the resources and insights to elevate their trajectory, so prospects engaging with me can anticipate a dedicated collaborator, deeply committed to aligning the nuanced intricacies of the life sciences sector, with the pragmatic realities of business strategy and valuation.My commitment to growth is evident through my unwavering embrace of a beginner's mindset, fostering creativity, and fearlessly embracing discomfort.
