In my role, I am responsible for assigning Teaching Assistants (TA’s) in support of the ongoing activities of the School of ICP. At any given time, I assign and oversee anywhere form 75-175 TAs (depending on the semester) to help facilitate their connection with faculty, oversee their hours volunteered, and provide general support. Additionally, I oversee the input and data management of the Education registration system, Aceware. I am currently the "Keeper of the Flame" for this program and am responsible for training our staff on the protocols and techniques used in the program. I also work closely with the Associate Director for Continuing Education and the Director of Education to monitor and analyze divisional information, financial tracking and forecasting. I assist in interpreting the data I pull from different reports using our database, ACEware.
