Senior Software Engineering Manager
CurrentSenior Software Engineering Manager for the Simulation Frameworks, Services, Tools and Infrastructure organization, leading the unification of modeling simulation technology and talent across The Boeing Company.In this role I am primarily responsible for the architecture, design, engineering, development, integration, and sustainment of Boeing's modeling and simulation technology into enterprise solutions for all of Boeing. I am responsible for achieving our mission to unify Boeing's modeling and simulation offerings to provide a best of breed solution. I am leading our partnership with Boeing leaders to build and integrate enterprise simulation technology, build scalability and automation in simulation, build commonality and reuse throughout simulation technology, and adopt and equip standards to simulation technology.I am responsible to provide the modeling and simulation technology that allows the testing and analysis of Boeing platforms (e.g. F-18, F-15, 737/777/787, Apache, Autonomous) in the design or modification of aircraft, the certification of design and flight, and the after action review of incidents. I am responsible for platform, engineering, and wargaming (e.g. constructive) level simulations.I serve as a chief strategist for building and integrating simulation technology into common and scalable solutions and interface with our chief engineers, architects, and developers to provide technology that takes us beyond the mission.In addition to the roles above, I previously lead the Advanced Rendering, gaming technology, digital twin, and immersive visuals, and hardware emulation product development. In this role I worked to unite platforms, build common technology, and provide the best of breed solutions for our customers and across the Boeing company in the high end graphics and digital twin space, along with emulation of hardware for labs, test benches, and certification.
