About Tyler Ross

I am a seasoned Strategy & Operations consultant, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve Officer, U.S. Marine Corps veteran and U.S. Naval Academy graduate with extensive experience in supply chain management, project management, strategic planning, strategic sourcing, logistics, leadership, team engagement, and operations management, particularly in the financial services, healthcare and military industries. I bring comprehensive experience and education at every level of the operations management spectrum, from tactical execution to strategic planning and design. As a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, I am a battle-tested leader who was granted the unmatched privilege of leading Marines in combat. I am still in awe of their dedication, perseverance, and bravery.As a currently-serving Reserve Officer in the Coast Guard, I serve as an Incident Management officer, leading a team dedicated to protecting North Carolina's critical waterways and the thousands of boaters who traverse them each day.I have a particular passion for engaging team members at the individual level.
