From my early days as a high school student to my current role, my journey has been driven by a deep passion for the oceans and a love for engineering. My work spans research, design, and hands-on problem-solving, all fueled by my commitment to understanding and improving marine environments and technologies.Highlights of My Journey:• Research & InnovationEngaged in independent research under Professor Andrew Davies, exploring Raspberry Pi systems, Linux-based coding, 3D modeling and printing and pressure vessel design constraints. As a Coastal Fellow at URI, I enhanced my ability to communicate my findings professionally and detail the impact of my work.• Tutoring & MentorshipHelped students excel in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Computer Science, which honed my ability to explain complex concepts and fostered my love for teaching and learning.• Leadership & TeamworkAs captain of the Men's Club Ultimate Frisbee team, I developed key professional skills such as management and effective communication while learning the value of perseverance.Currently, I’m focused on marine technology projects at Applied Physical Sciences, where I contribute to system design, fieldwork, and project support. My goal is to blend my engineering and computer skills with my passion for the ocean to drive impactful solutions and innovations.Let’s Connect! If you share a passion for marine science, engineering, or just want to discuss the latest in ocean technology, I’d love to connect.
