Wellbeing Advisor - Adur & Worthing Wellbeing HubWorking with adults and families in the community to provide early health intervention via support, advice, information sharing & signposting to enable them to lead a healthier lifestyle. This covers a variety of areas across both mental and physical health including emotional wellbeing, stress management, weight management, exercise and more. My role and duties include one-to-one sessions, and group work with clients, educational work such as giving talks and hosting webinars plus promotional activities such as attending events and creating links with other services. Being able to tailor my approach and communication to the individual or group is key to connecting and building trusted, honest and respected relationships that will lead to a more successful outcome for the client(s)Main duties, tasks and responsibilities:- Carrying out one-to-one sessions to understand, listen, support and advise on possible link signposting or setting goal oriented habits. This is a mixture of in person, over the phone, via video calls or via email. - Using motivational interview techniques alongside CBT to encourage clients to open up and plan the route forward they can feel confident in pursuing.- Using creative ways to reach target adults and families including developing and building a network of referral routes to and from other service providers for example GPs and other health professionalsActively contributing to service development in order to maximise client numbers, whilst maintaining a high quality of service.- Promoting information on a range of health and wellbeing topics. - Strategising outreach of the service to encourage participation supporting Public Health campaigns such as Mental Health, Stop Smoking, Men’s Health, Diabetes Awareness etc.- Evidence based reporting and client data management.

My role in the charity includes: - Assisting the imagination and logistics of setting up ‘family raves’.- Acting as a “Wellbeing Host” for online group sessions during COVID and beyond.- Supporting the running monthly Dad only catch ups to encourage men to connect and support one another.- Forming weekly SeaDip sessions to bring together the group to push the comfort zones #coldwatertherapy it's a thing!

I’m currently involved on a voluntary basis for this adventure company based in Sussex. Working alongside company founders I’m responsible for assisting with the ‘WalkShop’ program; engaging people with the outdoors, providing an outlet for creativity using natures playground as the platform to their wellbeing and inspiring innovation and ideas away from the boardroom. My role involves;• Assisting with company’s online and offline marketing strategy• Ascertaining and building local support, sponsorships and partnerships• Coordinating and scheduling program activities• Event management• Overseeing budgets

Working as an Account Manager and Project manager for a leading UK Market Research recruitment/ full service agency, in my role I handled multiple projects at any given time from start to end, including RFQ stage, budget negotiations, research methodology, project set up and recruitment delivery. My position was leading multiple agile projects across delivery teams on a number of Digital Marketing channels including SEO, Paid Media, Display and Content. Clients include Barclays, L’Oréal and LG Global. My main role and responsibilities include: • Working with the teams to ensure successful delivery against scope, quality and deadlines • Proactively identifying and solving upcoming conflicts and resource gaps • Setting up and managing of QA processes across projects • Reviewing all project deliverables for quality and accuracy • Acting as primary contact for the Client regarding deliverables and project plans • Monitoring and reporting on schedule and cost, margins and profitability • Monitoring project pipeline and contributing recommendations • Working with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure all parties are up to date with all aspects of the projects

In my spare time I am a volunteer for Oxjam, the music fundraising arm of Oxfam in Brighton. Working within a team of like-minded music fans and organisers, I am responsible for:• Researching, contacting and securing local and nationwide sponsorship• Coordinating local PR activity (press and radio)• Managing content and conversations across social media channels (Facebook and Twitter)• Securing and contracting venues and artists• Managing a number of on-site event volunteers

Employed as a Senior Project Manager at the UKs leading supporting artist agency I worked across commercials, television and film and was responsible for delivering multiple production projects simultaneously to deadlines and within various budgets:• Principle client lead• Resourcing and managing a team of casting assistants and pool of freelancers• Ownership of project critical paths and all key delivery deadlines• Developing relationships and creating new business leads via proposals with advertising agencies, producers, directors and production mangers• Full budget management and reporting of each project

Seasonal freelance contract, I was responsible for managing and leading on site field team promoting The British Transport Department’s Don’t Drug and Drive awareness campaign. Events included Glastonbury, Global Gathering and V music Festivals.

Having initially been employed as a freelancer, my strong organisation and communication skills helped me secure a permanent position in a supervisory role. I was responsible for:• Client relationship management from new business to account management• Coordinating the post production film process across all departments from laboratory to editors to the end client• Managing the production timeline• Format scheduling for incoming projects

Freelance television presenter on Nickelodeon’s BAFTA award winning News based programme for Wised Up Productions. My success on the show lead to a talent contract with John Noel Management where I appeared on Channel 4 for Objective Productions.
