The marketing director is responsible for overseeing the planning, creation and implementation of acomprehensive marketing strategy for Garnet Media Group (including the four student-run organizations and office-wide initiatives).- Plan marketing campaigns across multiple mediums promoting The Daily Gamecock, Garnet & Black,SGTV, WUSC, Garnet Media Group podcasts, The Daily Gamecock housing site, Garnet Media Groupadvertising clients and the accounts used to promote them, and other projects and initiatives as assigned.- Meet regularly with the relevant staff members of the four student organizations to discuss eachorganization’s upcoming plans and initiatives.- Identify and recruit marketing team members from currently involved students as well as the universitycommunity.- Manage an editorial calendar showing production and distribution schedules for active marketingcampaigns.- Work with the Garnet Media Group student leaders and multimedia coordinators to enforce brandingstandards and promotion strategies for multimedia content.- Plan and run regular meetings with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas, plan content anddiscuss progress on each project.- Oversee production of the Best of Carolina and Carolina Insider special editions each semester, including hiring staff, scheduling and leading production and coordinating distribution efforts.

- Engage with students throughout the year during and months leading up to conventions via social media and CMBAM.org- Provide a student perspective to all board discussions and decisions- Create and maintain a directory of current students of member organizations- Gather emails of student attendees upon registration to begin communication of CMBAM announcements- Recruit students for, and serves as chair of, the CMBAM Student Advisory Board and effectively communicate/delegate roles to bring more value to student involvement

The Community Concierge is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the leasing office of the property. The Community Concierge will be responsible for prospect tours, prospect follow-up, internal and outreach marketing activities, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties. The Community Concierge, at times, may be asked to handle other clerical or office-type work as needed.Duties include:- Complete all prospect tours of the community- Responsible for assigned prospect follow-up- Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident events- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community- Curate content for social media and marketing materials- Post to social media as directed by Community Manager- Create marketing materials using Canva- Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed- Complete special projects as assigned by Community Manager
