I have primary responsibility to evaluate Dassault's approach to training students learning Catia, Solidworks, 3DExperience and other Dassault software and designing new training methods to increase usage. I designed, created and launched a new line of tutorial videos and Q&A webpages, which walk inexperienced users through the initial learning curve and connect them with the materials they need to learn more advanced topics. This new line of tutorials have increased usage among students by a factor of 20 to date.

While still an undergrad at BYU, I was able to demonstrate a high proficiency in the German language as well as a commitment to learning. These skills caught the attention of professors in the German department, who offered me the opportunity to teach an introductory German class. The position provided me the opportunity to prepare and teach college-level German classes, communicating and demonstrating complicated topics to individuals with no experience with the topic. I also mentored individual students, working them through difficult subject matter and keeping them on track. My teaching in this subject lead to the highest-attended introduction class in the department by the second semester.
