Sponsoring this large team in a quality-driven technical services and manufacturing business, I established the strategy for sourcing, demand planning, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and quality, working directly with our executive team. The program yielded a well-trained, engaged, and highly professionalized procurement team whose programs aligned with our larger operational and financial strategies.As I was originating these two positions, I set up the plan, core programs, policies, and roadmaps for success for our procurement and operations functions.
