The city of El Segundo has many different positions throughout the city and I was able to assist the city by being a flexible employee and learning many different positions. - Guided people around the local farmers market on any information needed on the parks or activities that were ran through the city. - Walked around the city at a roving position assisting customers throughout the El Segundo parks- Assisted customers with any information needed at the front desk position on any of the activities around the parks- Directed many kids sports camps with kids ranging from 5-12 and kept all kids engaged throughout.

Blossom Ramen is a small ramen shop that takes orders up at the front and customers are able to seat themselves. They serve 5 different flavors of ramen with many unique sides and drinks in a very calming environment with some music playing in the background.-Promoted menu to customers in person and over the phone resulting in an increase in sales-Boosted sales by 10% through different coupons-Taught new employees how to run the front of restaurant resulting in a more efficient work environment

TopGolf supplies food and drinks for people while they are playing all the minigames supplied by the TopGolf technology.-Selected as the first employee to move from food runner to food expeditor as a result of communicating efficiently with others-Supervised employee and co-worker stations to the best possible roles so all food and drinks were delivered accurately and on time-Increased customer retention by providing a positive experience for the customer and their family
