• Responsible for development and execution of digital content strategies, innovative commercial experiences, omni-channel campaigns and events, and excitement-driving global campaigns for the iconic American lifestyle brand. • Led transformation of RalphLauren.com into a brand-led digital flagship platform, bringing a strong consumer focus, clear editorial point of view, and cohesive yet personalized storytelling to site, email, and other digital channels and offline retail. The result was an immediate and sustained increase in core business metrics (AOV, AUR, UPT, conversion) and brand elevation, engagement, and customer loyalty. • Co-led the development, launch, and daily operations of The Polo App, Ralph Lauren’s premier platform to cultivate the next generation of Polo superfans via innovative content formats, fan engagement and offline events, special product collaborations, and brand-led merchandising, driving incremental business, customer acquisition, and brand heat among Millennials and Gen Z. • Spearheaded overhaul of RL Magazine, introducing a thoroughly modern yet elevated design and logo treatment, migrating to a dynamic, commerce-enabled platform, driving $2.5+MM in incremental annual demand.• Led team of 35+ copywriters, producers, and content creators; responsible for content across all digital channels and touchpoints, including site landing pages, editorial features, product detail pages, email, wholesale accounts, marketing assets, microsites, RL Mag, and social media.• Spearheaded messaging strategy and execution of major brand initiatives, including holiday/seasonal campaigns and Olympics, as well launches of new brands and excitement-driving products.• Forged ongoing partnerships with senior leaders across the organization—in areas such as design, merchandising, marketing, retail, and hospitality—leading to the development of new initiatives, products, and consumer experiences.
