Cnc Machinist
CurrentISCO Industries (formerly Infinity Plastics)• As a CNC machinist, I am responsible for setting up and operating precision machinery to fabricate parts to spec by means of manual machine set up or creating and editing programs using CAD software.• Basic tasks: Operate CNC router, manual lathes, forklifts, scissor lift, gantry cranes, hydraulic presses. and various hand and power tools. Inspect machines and perform regular maintenance or repairs. Perform parts inspection using caliper and other various measuring devices. Maintain and care for all shop tools, machines, and equipment while maintaining shop area cleanliness and organization. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, scrap, maintenance and inventory. Count, tag and deburr parts. Prepare items for shipping. Follow ISO/quality procedures and all safety procedures and protocols.
