My name is Tyler Lutz, I grew up as a farm kid. I started out my career blue collar in welding. I've spent a majority of my time while welding helping repair and maintain primarily mines, chemical plants, power plants and refineries located around Alberta. Through this experience I've learned how to better communicate to efficiently and safely get the job done while working together as a strong team.
