System includes fan control, ignition control, thermocouple sensing, motor control, pump control, over-current detection.- Technical firmware lead on BE Aerospace trash compactor controller; 400V brushless motor system running at over 1000W; TI motor controller chip running C++; optical encoder feedback and 3-phase sine drive algorithm.- Led firmware development on or contributed to an additional 20 products in various stages of prototype and production covering medical, industrial, consumer and aerospace industries all with a focus on sensing and control.
Designed and coded firmware in C for a data acquisition system.- Initiated and led the effort to replace legacy assembly firmware with C- Developed hardware in the loop unit testing for MCU and associated subsystems I2C, UART, pressure sensors, PWM motor control
