CPE 536 - Computer Data Forensics

Serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team focused on the the management of operations; business development and funding acquisitions; strategic planning; government relations; and the setting of goals, objectives, and budgets for all High-Tech initiatives.This AVP role specifically oversees High-Tech initiatives; Prosecutorial initiatives; online content delivery programs; supply-chain and logistics programs.

Oversee the planning and coordination of an international training program that provides expert training and technical assistance in most all areas of cyber forensics. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, prepare budgets, oversee the cyber section staff, and lead business development efforts. Serve as a subject matter expert, lead and facilitate summits with key agencies including federal, state, and local agencies and other NGOs.Interact directly with Executive staff in the planning and vision of the organization.

As Supervisor of the Computer Crimes Section I am responsible for overseeing and implementing activity that effectively support NW3C, its services, and its initiatives. I oversee the planning, assigning, and directing of work; appraising performance; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.

As a Computer Crimes Specialist I have provided thousands of hours of training to thousands of State, Local, and Federal Law Enforcement in data recovery and analysis. The topics range from basic seizing and identifying items of electronic evidence to the analysis of artifacts found in a variety of File Systems and Operating Systems in both a Windows and Mac environment.- Provided technical assistance to law enforcement personnel on computer\cyber forensic topics. - Participated in curriculum development for NW3C classes by researching course topics, preparing presentations and class materials and developing hands-on projects. -Participated in the research and validation of software programs developed by NW3C as well as outside vendors.- Conducted original research on forensic topics relating to the application of computer forensic methods and produced white papers for NW3C and the law enforcement community on computer forensic topics.

Managed our online presence, and the vetting of membership applicants.Aide in the research and development of testing and validation procedures for software and hardware products focused on Digital\Cyber Forensics.
