I am a second -year student studying Ba (hons) Business Management at Manchester Metropolitan. I am regularly looking for suitable occasions to enhance my personal development. Within my course: worked on excel to develop my accounting skills and organized information, identified the importance of sustainability and how to apply sustainability and ethics in regard to the business industry and creating contingency plans to adapt for external factors. I am a compassionate person with very good communication and people skills who can interact with people of all ages and takes pride in all my work. This can be demonstrated through my work in housing development, from which I gained exceptional feedback. I am energized by innovation and highly competitive which allows me to thrive in challenging situations while also highlighting my ability to work in a team which can be seen through my volunteering work at Salford city where I offered a paid role shortly after my induction into the club , where I was offered the u9s Lead Academy coaching role. I am an employable character because my abilities allow me to work successfully in a team, where I can take on board opinion whilst being open to new ideas and combining them to create an ideal result, in addition to productively work alone, and thrive in the spotlight. I am seeking to enrol in a business that can align with my growth ambitions and can reflect my strive for success and can enhance my albitites which will allow me to open my own business while connecting with other entrepreneurs with aligning interests.
