Recruited for a US client who specialized in pharmaceuticals and provides executive and technical, direct-hire, pharmaceutical recruitment services through a unique search process. • Managing the full recruitment life cycle to; source, assess, and recruit candidates, Scheduling Interview, Reference check, etc for a variety of contract, and permanent positions in Pharmaceutical Industry.• Vast knowledge and hands-on experience in W2 and C2C format. Experience recruiting US citizens, Green Card Holder• Worked on various technical and pharmaceutical requirements and conduct primary sourcing. Effectively utilize sourcing tools to include internal referrals and ATS, internet search engines (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn)• Sample job orders worked on: Regulatory Affairs Associate, Clinical Research Associate, Research Associate, Biostatistician, CTM, CDM, Data Manager Etc. • Compile candidate submittal reports for each job order that includes a ranking (Hot/Warm/Okay) for each candidate and a detailed reason for the ranking.• Interacting with the client on behalf of my team or myself for any question and query regarding the process and the customer’s requirement• Dealing with the candidate on different time zone (EST, PST,MST, and CST)Recruited for a US client who specialized in pharmaceuticals and provides executive and technical, direct-hire, pharmaceutical recruitment services through a unique search process. • Managing the full recruitment life cycle to; source, assess, and recruit candidates, Scheduling Interview, Reference check, etc for a variety of contract, and permanent positions in Pharmaceutical Industry. • Vast knowledge and hands-on experience in W2 and C2C format.
