Office Manager
CurrentGreet and assist walk-in clients, answer phone calls and record messages or transfer call appropriately, organize/scan/file contracts and documents, receive and direct incoming maintenance requests including dispatch of vendors, log and monitor job tracking to ensure tasks are completed timely, coordinate schedules of employees/vendors/tenants/managers, organize and plan meetings/prepare agendas/take minutes, manage tenant online portal and teach new tenants how to use it, receive and process rent payments, handle marketing ensuring it is up-to-date and that we are receiving phone calls for vacancies.
