During my rewarding tenure at QL2, I served top retail and audiobook companies nationwide, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through onboarding, journey mapping, and maintaining high retention rates. I thoroughly enjoyed my role, which included client growth initiatives, churn prevention, and contract negotiations. Taking initiative, I created comprehensive training documents for onboarding new employees and developed strategies for negotiating customer renewal contracts. I consistently met sales goals and contributed to QL2's growth by providing excellent customer service as a trusted partner to over 50 clients. Despite my enjoyment of the position, I left due to a company-wide restructuring that changed organizational priorities and team compositions.

During my tenure at Rippling, I had the privilege of managing a diverse portfolio of over 100 SMB clients, fostering consistent, strategic, and thoughtful relationships. It was a rewarding experience to collaborate with a high-performing team, working together to enhance the customer experience. Although my time at Rippling was unexpectedly shortened due to a company-wide reorganization, I am grateful for the valuable experience gained. This role served as an excellent stepping stone, preparing me for future opportunities and reinforcing my commitment to client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Working at Logos was an amazing experience! I had the pleasure of supporting clients through onboarding, customer journey mapping, setting goals, client retention, customer support, churn mitigation, and contract renewals. Additionally, I created training documents for customer relationship journeys and helped train new customer success employees. This role provided invaluable experience and knowledge in customer success management. Ultimately, I left this position to gain employment at Rippling, taking with me the skills and insights I had acquired during my time at Logos.

Through engaging presentations, comprehensive written and hands-on testing in classroom settings, and practical training on specialized equipment, I ensured that participants gained invaluable knowledge and skills. My ability to effectively communicate complex safety protocols and operational techniques resulted in a notable increase in operator competence and a marked reduction in workplace incidents.
