Hong Kong Offshore LNG Terminal ProjectResponsible for the Black Point Power Station new gas receiving station project management, engineering, and commissioning duties• In-charge of key engineering deliverables required for the project detailed engineering design, and aid in resolving any technical issues that may arise during the development and implementation of the project• Coordinate project management matters including day-to-day liaison and engagement with contractors, internal and external stakeholders• Lead the commissioning efforts for construction completion verification, systems function testing, start-up, and performance testing• Develop commissioning schedule and procedures, assuring safe and thorough commissioning within budget and time deadlines

Hong Kong Black Point Power Station 550MW combined cycle gas turbine project• Undertook project management and contractor supervision for the Heat Recovery Steam Generator and Selective Catalytic Reactor system installation and erection works• Coordinated all interfaces with internal and external parties of multi-disciplines to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with safety and quality requirements• Reviewed contractor’s submission, monitoring and reporting all site activities, including work progress, defect rectification and as-built drawings• Monitored the construction productivity and schedule performance, analysed the reasons for less than satisfactory performance, made recommendations and instituted measures for improvement by modification to work instructions

Hong Kong Black Point Power Station 550MW combined cycle gas turbine project• Contributed to the project quality management through monitoring and reviewing the contractor’s implementation of the quality assurance arrangement• Performed quality control inspection and surveillance in fabrication shops and construction site• Managed the factory third-party inspection and expediting service contract• Formulated the factory inspection and expediting strategies through assessing the product complexity and its criticality impact to the Project, defined an optimal level of inspection and expediting scope and frequency which minimize cost without jeopardizing quality• Coordinated the resolution of unsatisfactory work items with the all stakeholders
