• Optimization and execution of hedging strategy of group’s 18 TWh/y upstream portfolio• Origination and development of group’s trading activities across CEE and Balkans • Set up and development of group’s trading capabilities on CEGH, TTF, HU VTP, RO VTP, BG VTP and THE market areas, including coordination of registration as market participant, setting up clearing, negotiating financing and collateralization structures etc.• Proprietary trading of natural gas futures within allocated VaR limits• Daily preparation of trading strategies and recommendations for the desk and group’s top management• Succesfull development of the EU natural gas trading desk from 1 to 5 traders covering specific tenors and geographical peremiters, interacting seamlessly with analysts and full in-house deal lifecycle support functions in all respective countries of operations

• Development of new line of business - sales to Ukrainian natural gas traders at Polish border. Annual sales reached 1 TWh during the first year of operations• Daily optimization of consumption, retail and cross-border sales portfolios exceeding 7 TWh of annual turnover. Trading in Poland, Czech Republic and adjacent markets (Germany, Ukraine)• Optimization of long-term cross-border capacity portfolio• Active participation in preparation and continuous review of trading strategy and macroeconomic outlook for company’s top management• Coordination of the development of trading capabilities in adjacent markets (Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary, Baltic states)

• Preparation of daily reports and market analyses for company’s internal and external users, including top-5 gas and petroleum trading companies in Ukraine• Cooperation with Dispatching and Accounting with regard to delivery, contract settlement and financial reporting. Representation of Trading Department during implementation of new CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) solution on a company-wide level• Preparation of trading strategies and recommendations for the desk, including greenfield development of conversion tool for quick identification of arbitrage opportunities on spread between Ukrainian and European markets• Development of potential business opportunities. Initiated contact with 5 entities, including largest Ukrainian natural gas supplier in retail sector, which eventually entered into transactions with the company

• Supported the Broadcasting Division of Corporate Actions Team and had close interaction with Incomes Division on day-to-day processes• Proposed an improved extraction process from market data aggregator and implemented it in cooperation with other team members. It has allowed an involved employee to save 15 minutes per day on average• Gained specific knowledge of tasks Corporate Actions team is responsible for and a general awareness of processes in Fund Dealing Services Division in a major international banking institution
