● Use authoring tools to build and deliver interactive and accessible onboarding programs ● Work with subject matter experts to create learning content that is highly relevant and enables better performance and outcomes ● Produce eLearning and live training courses and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy ● Drive the successful launch of the company’s asynchronous learning platform providing on-demand, self-paced courses to a global audience ● Plan and build all live digital learning programs, including the annual summit, industry conferences, and open training series ● Manage execution of all live virtual events, including back-end technical support, staff and speaker event coordination and platform training, and integration with all supporting applications ● Ensure all post-event activities are successfully completed, including analytics review, distribution of Continuing Education certificates and event materials, and management of event recordings for documentation or future use

● Develop and deliver impactful Sales Enablement programs that improve sales performance ● Drive the successful rollout and adoption of sales enablement tools for a global audience ● Provide training and support for new product features ● Create sales skills and product knowledge learning content to support Go-To-Market (GTM) teams ● Empower sales teams to engage prospects confidently by creating and maintaining effective sales playbooks and knowledge bases ● Integrate adult learning best practices and thought leadership into eLearning courses ● Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner ● Evaluate training outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Collaborate with subject matter experts to research, write and edit training modules ● Master content from existing sources well enough to communicate it

● Design and lead engaging digital literacy workshops for adult learners ● Identify content modality to provide the best learner experience ● Create presentations, micro-learning modules, and interactive eLearning materials ● Provide participants with training and assistance with technological topics ● Using the ADDIE method, own entire projects from beginning to end ● Collaborate with others to drive innovative learning solutions ● Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines ● Develop engaging and interactive learning deliverables in various formats ● Write effective copy and instructional scripts ● Create multimedia assets including graphics, infographics, and videos
