I have been immersed in all aspects of the planning and creative processes of local arts organizations for almost 30 years.. This includes computer and other communication skills related to research, planning,and marketing for 1. Temiskaming Palette and Brush Club which is one of the oldest of the Northern Ontario Arts Association 2. Toronto International Film Festival Group outreach 3. Cobalt Spring Pulse Poetry and Arts Festival and 4. the *new* Toronto to Cobalt Poetrain Express .

I am a former full time elementary school teacher in Toronto and Guelph , Ontario. I am still doing occasional supply work in Northern Ontario, Temiskaming area. I love working with children, especially when I can use the opportunity to encourage independent and creative thinking and producing.

As an artist, myself, I specialize in realistic portraiture and creative ways of expressing my opinions about the world. I also created and own a copyrighted business of unique animal themed lettering called Alphapets88.
