Responsible to ensure valid registration in 10,000+ vehicles of the Hertz fleet (AUH, DXB, SHJ & RAK plates) with expired vehicles being minimum (0.05% of fleet) Safekeeping of original mulkiyas for the entire fleet and maintaining registration copies on the database.Coordinated with different teams including Maintenance, Logistics, Lease, Rental and PRO while responding to customer emails and calls in a professionally and also supporting a team of 5 drivers.
