-Develop and implement warehouse operation to ensure effective forecasting and ordering, SOP optimizing(transportation process、policy、regulation setting and optimizing), manage 3PL-Monitoring level of stock by category and reports to related function according to the targets. Analysis of slow & non movers and overstocks. -3PL transportation management: Transportation service quality monitor and control, KPI’s setting and performance evaluation, complaint management, special delivery approval and control. Maintaining and developing relationships with current, new and potential service providers.-Managing international trade, follow up the import and export goods process, manage forwarder agency to make sure Customs clearance on time. Communicate with government departments, establish& keep good relations. Ensure all logistics operation meet government regulation.-Drive data analysis and business case development for key projects. Involve in the projects to optimize global logistics management, cooperate with related team to improve the inventory health status and upgrade the service level to customers.-Prevent and control operation risks and be responsible for safety operation. Developing safety and security policies & procedure for operation and ensure compliance.-Transportation cost management -Team management and development -Export control officer, follow global guideline and deploy to the whole organization.-Key interface to PGP(Philips General Procurement) for vendor selection, contracting, logistics related cost approval.
