Trans/Nonbinary Hoosier (they | them) with over a decade of experience in social services. I am committed to equity and the experience of belonging within services, resources, and professional environments for all people. Cultivating a Belonging Culture was born from the need to educate, empower, and advance LGBTQ+ inclusion in systems of power and to intentionally commit that understanding to be accessible, intersectional, and embodied to antiracism and anticarceral approaches. We are all inherently connected which means our liberation is tied to our collective movement towards health. My training, facilitation, and consultation surround all things queer and DEIB focused including inclusion training, facilitations, toolkits, logic models, and strategic planning.
