Excuse me, my name is Tynece Davis. I am a sophomore attending Tallahassee Community College I’ll be graduating with the class of 2022. Upon graduation I will receive my Associates in Science in Business Management. I am looking for ways to obtain hands on experience in managing a business. I am coming to you for this opportunity because according to my research, you own K Jewelers and I am a jewelry artist working on owning businesses. I have 10 years’ experience in customer service. I was awarded by a Manager of the Hyatt Hotel at Jacksonville Riverfront, for responding to a guest issue promptly and professionally. The guest was furious because their room was not clean. I apologized to the guess and proceed to research the available rooms and the accommodations offered. Registered the guest under a new room, created 2 new keys, personally visited the new room location, thoroughly inspected the room for organization and cleanliness. I set up a complimentary chocolate covered strawberry desert platter before calling the guest to the new location. Glad I was abled to wish the two seniors a happy anniversary. The guest had mentioned his celebration of 50 years of marriage. I started a business called TNT and we are about to BLOWWW UP! Eh hem. I love to make people smile and I have challenged myself to do so since I was 5 but now, I want to add comprehensive management skills to my resume, therefore I decided to focus on my work ethic in managing. I supervised up to 3 employees. I am very enthusiastic about learning and change. My motto is, it doesn’t matter what job you are doing, have fun doing it while you learn, it will make the time spent worthwhile.
