I assist all the Wichita-area locations with support and leadership. I lead a team of six incredibly-talented women who assist these branches with their day-to-day operations and help develop new employees to understand the fundamentals of their job and embrace the Meritrust culture.

I work with 10 amazing employees and have the opportunity to coach them to meet the goals my assistant I have set for them. I meet with them on a regular basis to help uncover hidden needs that they may have and praise them on their performances (when they are good). When I'm not assisting my staff, I'm working with our members to enhance their financial lives.

Tallgrass Branch

I was an Assistant under Jacob Burrow for a year and 2 months and Lisa Ronen for 10 months as they taught me the fundamentals of managing a branch. I gained experience in lending and deposit goal setting and working with staff to help maximize their potential in reaching their goals.

Triad/Oliver

I worked in the Marketing Department taking the company's Mobile branch to different events around the Wichita area and assisting members with loans and accounts along with explaining how Meritrust could help people out with their mortgages, business accounts, and personal accounts. When I wasn't on the mobile/marketing department I would work out of the Oliver location and assist members with basic needs (accounts, loans, notary, ACH's, etc.)
